The Seven Bowls (Vials or Saucers)
For continuity's sake, recall that we are still in the period of the Seventh Seal that contains the Seventh trumpet. The Seventh Trumpet includes the Seven Bowls symbolically poured out during this period.
Perhaps a quick review of the situation thus far will be helpful (as we did at the beginning of chapter 8):
In chapters 2 and 3, the history of the Way, which became the Nicolaitan Nicean Christian Church, was discussed. We saw how the Jewish Way sect merged into the Nicolaitan Heresy and Roman Paganism but that the Spirit of HaShem remained active within the Church's sincere practitioners, as was confirmed by the Jewish sage Rambam as we saw in the previous chapter. Then at the end of chapter three, the Church was "vomited out" into the seven-year Tribulation Period and became Babylon the Great, connecting the dots between the Paganism of Nimrod and the current Great Reset to Paganism.
Then we saw Mashiach accept his leadership role in Revelation 5:5. May this happen soon and in our lifetimes.
In chapter six, the Seven Year Tribulation Period officially begins as Rex Mundi (the anti-anointing man like Haman) takes to his global throne as ruler of the Novus Ordo Seclorum or Global Union as a knight on a white horse.
Also, in chapter six, the first six of the seven-sealed scrolls were opened by Mashiach ben David as he took control of God's forces and entered into the final war (Armageddon is better thought of as the closing battle of the Global War of Magog, rather than as a war of itself).
The sixth seal is removed, and the people cry out in fear at what it produced, convinced that the end has come.
Then, in the next verse (7:1), an unearthly stillness descends across the whole earth, and the world realizes that this is only the beginning of the manifestation of God's wrath.
From 7:2 - 8:1, Yochanan sees the people of earth huddled in fear for their lives. His narration becomes parenthetical, revealing more information about the fifth seal (6:9-11) and those sealed in God's service (i.e., the 144,000 Jews and the Great Multitude of Gentiles who will stand against Rex Mundi)
.8:1 - 10:1 revealed the sounding of the first six trumpets. Chapter 10 sees celestial preparations, and 11:1 and 2 show Yochanan measuring the temple.
We then discussed the rise and ministry of the Two Witnesses for most of chapter eleven and finally witnessed the Seventh Trumpet sounding at 11:15.
As explained there: As you will doubtless recall, the Seventh Trumpet is contained within the Seventh Sealed Scroll (as are the Seven Bowls of chapter sixteen). The Seventh Trumpet is now (at 11:15) sounding as we reach this point in Yochanan's prophetic presentation. This final trumpet covers a longer period than the actual sounding might suggest. This trumpet will not sound at this point, but the prophet lists the events that follow under it as an inclusive time frame.
As stated, this Sounding of the Seventh Trumpet includes the bowls presented in our current text (15:1).
Then Yochanan again became somewhat parenthetical. We discussed the birth of Israel while explaining that in chapter 12, the topic is the birth of the theocratic Kingdom of HaShem (modern Israel is a democratic republic while the Kingdom will be a theocracy. Therefore, modern Israel is more accurately considered the preparatory nation rather than the Kingdom that will be. We say this as committed Zionists. We also beheld the Jews flee into the Old City, Petra, and elsewhere as a tide of evil is released upon the earth. We discussed Lucifer and his fallen angels. These will be the Rex Mundi and multitudes of others who are and will be fully possessed by the Nefilim during this period. All such beings will be condemned and exiled to the earth—their savage, desperate attacks on the Jews and our allies.
Next, as we looked at chapter 13, we discussed the four world powers under Lucifer's control; we saw how Rex Mundi would arise from the restored Roman Empire that is now present as the EU, the World Court, the World Economic Forum, and similar organizations.
At 13:11, John introduced us to the False Prophet (more on him soon), and then we spent some time on the Mark of the Beast as we finished that chapter.
In chapter 14, we shared more about the Mark of the Beast and saw as Mashiach ben David commanded to reap the earth as the Battle of Armageddon approaches.
Now, in chapter 15, we return to the Seventh Trumpet, and its Seven Bowls used to accomplish this cleansing of the Earth.
The scene is in the Middle of the Week of Seven Years (i.e., three and a half years after the public presentation of the global ruler): Rex Mundi has died and risen from the dead as Lucifer incarnated. The spirit of the Nefilim and the Raphaim has fully possessed him. He is no longer human in any absolute sense. He has become a Merovigian homo deus.
15:1 I saw another great and marvelous sign in the sky: seven angels having the seven last plagues, for in them God's wrath is completed.
Note that Yochanan uses these Bowls as signs and categorizations. The Mark of the Beast is no symbol, however. It is becoming legally mandatory at this point in the prophecy. Still, there is time for teshuvah (repentance), and many are joining the Great Multitude and the Jewish remnant in rejecting it. The time of the martyrs is now beginning in earnest. Yochanan receives and shares these signs as definitive warnings and proofs: Repent!
Recall this warning of Yeshua:
Matthew 12:39: But he answered them, "An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign...
Our evil and adulterous generation is now given many signs, but few are heeding them! Remember that in Scripture adulterous is more often than not referring to "spiritual adultery." As these signs are already today being revealed to the evilest and most spiritually adulterous generation in history, the warning is to us, our children, and our grandchildren:
Revelation 3:19 As many as I love, I reprove and chasten. Be zealous, therefore, and repent.
3:20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone heeds this warning and opens the door [of their copnsciousness], I will commune with them, and they with me.
3:21 All who overcome, it will give to them to sit down with me on my throne, as I also overcame, and sat down with my Father on his throne.
But this invitation is about to run out! The invitation has expired for those who accept the Mark of the Beast!
15:2 I saw something like a sea of glass mixed with fire, and those who overcame the Beast, his image, and the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having harps of God.
Again, we see the Sea of Glass. As discussed earlier, this sea of glass refers to the earth and material existence, which is only a tiny fragment of the totality of existence. As Yochanan conceives of the earth in biblical terms, as a circular plane rather than a globe, he sees it spread out before the Merkaba of God as a sea. We discussed this before. While it may not be completely accurate to say, for the sake of understanding the scenes Yochanan is describing, we can also think of this sea of glass as a crystal monitor or screen through which he is viewing all of material existence. Recall that the text says that God transported Yochanan to the Merkaba Throne of God above the dome of the firmament; from this perspective, he narrates the events. His descriptions make sense when we accept, at least for study purposes, this perspective.
As Yochanan beholds material existence, he sees everywhere aflame with fires. These fires are the result of the ongoing War of Magog. These may likely include uncontrolled forest fires, eruptions of nuclear power plants, bombs exploding, and terrorist attacks. He sees plagues, starvation, in-fighting, battles, hatred, envy, and strife. Moreover, he beholds the holy ones, the tzadikim of every nation and group: those who have surrendered to HaShem. He sees those who are still alive, and he sees hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions, of holy martyrs. He beholds the Great Gentile Multitude who refuse to worship the Beast, those who reject his Mark and refuse to conform to his image. This DNA manipulation is discussed here in more detail. Of these we read the following:
15:3 They sang the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying,
"Great and marvelous are your works, Lord God, the Almighty!
Righteous and true are your ways, you who is King of the holy ones.
15:4 Who wouldn't fear you, Lord,
and glorify your Name?
For you only are holy.
For all the nations will come and worship before you.
For your righteous acts have been revealed."
Note the similarity between this and what the followers of Rex Mundi will proclaim:
Revelation 13:4 They worshiped the dragon because he gave his authority to the beast, and they worshiped the beast, saying, "Who is like the beast? Who can make war with him?"
The Globalist's challenge, as recorded in the Book of Job, is that people will choose to follow selfishness and greed over love and God. However, now that the Globalists are ruling and ruining everything, it is evident to all that the universal power of the Rex Mundi is a curse. Now they are mourning over their poor choices! Witnessing the adoration and praise bestowed by those who follow Mashiach ben David, the rest, who have not taken the Mark, are beginning to understand. Power? Yes, the Son of Perdition has some, but it pales into nothing before the Power of HaShem! However, it is more than that. People finally realize that HaShem was right! That He alone is Holy and Good and Just! No counterfeit offers what He does. No philosophy or religion compares to His Torah. No teacher can hold a candle to Moshe Rabeinu. The un-marked begin to make sincere teshuvah. For the marked, it is too late. Having surrendered their essential humanity, they cannot make teshuvah or even consider it.
15:5 After these things I saw, and the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:
Again, there is more blood of more martyrs and the acknowledgment of those still homo-sapien that HaShem alone is Holy as He opens the door to the Olam Haba, the world to come.
15:6 and there came out from the Merkaba [i.e., the heavenly Temple above the firmament] the seven angels that had the seven plagues, arrayed with [precious] stone, pure [and] bright, and girt about their breasts with golden girdles.
7 And one of the four living creatures gave unto the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God, who lives forever and ever.
These are the final seven judgments of HaShem that will lead up to the Armageddon battle that will conclude the War of Magog.
15:8 And the Merkaba [i.e., the heavenly Temple above the firmament] filled with smoke from God's glory and His power; and none could enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels finished.
