Please Note: The Jewish material once found at is being merged with my two Jewish domains: and
The Non-Jewish material once found here but removed a few years ago is being restored.
This site exists to Share God's Love and Truth Online as I have since 1998. Some of the original material has unfortunately been lost, but I am restoring what I can. As time allows I intend to recreate the lost material as well.
Please note: reflects some of my personal quest for Truth over many years before becoming baal teshuv. I do not necessarily believe everything here myself so I'd never expect you to. For this reason I am using my original Nom-de-Plume through, John of AllFaith. If you have questions or corrections, I invite you to contact me. Please include the link you are reading to better direct my reply.

Today I am known as Rabbi Shlomo Nachman ben Ya'akov. The use of the name John of AllFaith is not done to mislead, merely to indicate the archival nature in Exile. Among other things, I am the Rabbi of Beit Emunah, an independant Breslov-focused shul that welcome ALL people who come with positive intention. I offer hundreds of studies on diverse topics, live classes and services on Zoom and streaming through Rumble. YOU are welcome to join us with mutual respect. in Exile

We are proud supporters of the Jewish Pro-Life Foundation, a 501(c)(3) educational organization.

Since 2006, the Jewish Pro-Life Foundation have been saving Jewish lives by promoting life saving solutions to unplanned pregnancy in the Jewish community. We provide education about the development, viability and sanctity of unborn life, as well as traditional Jewish law regarding abortion. We inspire Jews to welcome pre-born Jewish children into the inclusive movement of modern Jewish life and religion. We also provide adoption and pregnancy care referrals. We teach our community about the harmful effects of abortion, and provide support to Jewish women and men who suffer from post abortion syndrome.

Does Faith in the One God Still Matter? Consider the oft-cited quote by John Adams:

"Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."

The complete letter:

From John Adams to Massachusetts Militia, 11 October 1798
To the Officers of the first Brigade of the third Division of the Militia of Massachusetts, Quincy October 11. 1798.

While our country remains untainted with the principles and manners which are now producing desolation in so many parts of the world; while she continues sincere, and incapable of insidious and impious policy, we shall have the strongest reason to rejoice in the local destination assigned us by Providence. But should the people of America once become capable of that deep simulation towards one another, and towards foreign nations, which assumes the language of justice and moderation while it is practicing iniquity and extravagance, and displays I have received from Major-General Hull and Brigadier, General Walker your unanimous address from Lexington, animated with a martial spirit, and expressed with a military dignity becoming your character and the memorable plains on which it was adopted. in the most captivating manner the charming pictures of candor, frankness, and sincerity, while it is rioting in rapine and insolence, this country will be the most miserable habitation in the world; because we have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge, or gallantry, would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

An address from the officers commanding two thousand eight hundred men, consisting of such substantial citizens as are able and willing at their own expense completely to arm and clothe themselves in handsome uniforms, does honor to that division of the militia which has done so much honor to its country. Oaths in this country are as yet universally considered as sacred obligations. That which you have taken and so solemnly repeated on that venerable spot, is an ample pledge of your sincerity and devotion to your country and its government.

~ John Adams
